If you are starting at the absolute beginning and would like to get the most out of your compact (no interchangeable lenses) digital camera, this is the course for you. Learn the settings, downloading pictures, getting photos printed, deleting pictures, as well as the principles of composing great photos. Learn about your camera and open up a whole new world of creativity and fun – it may even get you thinking outside the box. Bring your camera and manual.
The Art and Science of Using Your Digital Camera
Now that you have that wonderful digital camera it is time to learn more about maximizing all those options. So if your camera has the option of interchangeable lenses or is a Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) camera this course is designed for you. We will cover the basics and then move on according to your needs. You receive one on one help with camera operation and also learn principles and techniques for capturing great images. Weekly practice assignments let you learn how to get the most out of your camera and take your photography to the next level. Be sure to bring your camera and manual.
